WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY SESSION?
Before receiving a massage you should be well hydrated and have eaten a light meal or snack. Your body should also be clean and ready to receive treatment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY SESSION?
Water, Water, Water drink plenty of water. Your body will continue to release built up toxins after your session, water will assist with the elimination of these toxins and aid in muscle recovery, especially for Level II / Deep Tissue sessions.
ARE THERE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE A MASSAGE WOULD NOT BE A GOOD IDEA?
Contraindications or reasons to avoid massage can vary case to case. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms or battling any virus, under the influence of any mind or muscle-altering drug, pregnant or possibly pregnant within your first trimester or receiving any treatment for cancer it is best to avoid massage therapy unless approved by a physician.
IS IT NECESSARY TO REMOVE MY CLOTHING FOR A TABLE MASSAGE?
Clients are advised to disrobe to THEIR COMFORT LEVEL, however most clients choose to remove all garments or wear only their underwear. No worries,  draping will be used with every client to ensure privacy and eliminate unnecessary exposure, no exceptions!
